Liabilities
A liability is a financial activity of a company which represents how much money the company does owe to someone. A company may owe to an individual or a financial institution and a liability is part of the balance sheet and it can be current liabilities, other liabilities and long term liabilities. Liabilities also represent the strength of the company.
